For Health at Home enquiries, egiridih.com collects only lead-level information such as name, phone number, locality, service interest, preferred contact time and consent to contact. Detailed clinical records, prescriptions and care plans should belong to Patient Planet systems after formal onboarding.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to operate community features, show approved public listings, support Alumni discovery, review school requests, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, and improve the website.

If a user selects a country outside India while joining Giridih Alumni, we may also create or update an NRI connection so people from Giridih living outside India can be represented in the NRI section.

Public Visibility

Some areas are designed for public display, including approved Alumni profiles, institutions, memories, guestbook posts, property/business listings, photos, events, creator profiles and recognition pages. Visibility depends on the user’s selected settings and the moderation state of the content.

We do not intentionally publish private phone numbers, private emails, precise private addresses, private messages or sensitive health records as public content. If a user chooses to enable direct email contact, that choice may make the email visible as described in the relevant form.

Admin Review

Submitted content may be reviewed by the egiridih.com team or Patient Planet team. School requests, photos, teacher tributes, reunions, property listings and other community material may be approved, corrected, hidden, rejected or removed.

We use cookies for login sessions, language preferences and basic website operation. These cookies help keep users signed in and allow the site to remember selected preferences.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user information. Information may be shared with service providers or internal Patient Planet systems only where needed to operate the website, respond to a request, qualify a health lead, maintain security, comply with law, or protect users and the platform.

Users can choose what they submit and can avoid public profile visibility where options are provided. Users may request correction or removal of their information through the contact or issue-reporting channels available on the website.
